Not because Bon Jovi was so amazing, by the way he was. Not because it brought back memories of my childhood, which it did. I cried because as I stood in PNC arena listening to Jon Bon Jovi singing “Amen”, I couldn’t believe that this was actually my reality. I would never have imagined a year ago that I would be the women I am, and have all the blessings I have been gifted with in this last year. For all the guitar players out there, this will knock your socks off. Love this song to this day and Bon Jovi was on point for this one back in 1995. Richie Sambora’s lead work is just incredible. Still one of my favorite guitarists who plays with heart and soul all the way. Jon Bon Jovi is incredible here as well, his vocals were the best during these years. Too bad they are no longer working together… a real shame.
