My secret is anger. It is the point of all of my healing work – I have been able to switch from a 1 to a 100. Rather quickly. And for all the wrong reasons. Ugly things have come out of me – begging for me to heal what was really wrong. Begging for me to finally see and acknowledge my pain. (The anger is always asking for healing.) I was angry at the surface – because I hadn’t released the anger beneath the surface. I wouldn’t even admit to it. And I hadn’t actually dealt with and released past negatively charged incidents, or actually faced myself fully – hence why I could be surprised by my own actions.
