Take time for yourself
I’ve been neglecting myself some for a little bit, despite suggestions to remember to take care of myself. Don’t forget to take time for yourself and feed your soul. Mine has been aching the last week especially, and I can feel it physically in my chest. I woke up this morning with my heart and mind racing…Self care means taking time for yourself and doing what you need to feel whole..calm and at peace.
Balanced. I need to remember to make time to escape into nature..even if just for an hour. Time to exercise. Time to write. And time to breathe. I have to keep reminding myself of that. We all have good days and tough days – Feeling whole and healing takes time, patience, and willingness to do so. Let’s go for a walk.
