Love this SO much! My heart stopped when I saw him hit in the face with that fast ball and it’s wonderful to know that he’s recovering and spending time in the community again. Thanks Charlie for having the compassion and humble heart to instill a lifetime of memories for these families. These patients and all children will always remember how you made them feel. This years Braves’ team reminds me of the 91 season, awesome and teamwork. I was at all the playoff games and World Series that year and thru 96. There was a feeling in the atmosphere as the chant “Three at home and 1 at the Dome”. We played a 12 inning game and I don’t think many left early. It was electrifying.
