Happy Grey’s Anatomy Day. Tonight they become the longest running medical drama in history. 14 years. 15 season. 332 episodes. I’m honored to have been a small part of this amazing journey. Fun Fact: I’m the only Actor to have guest starred in two different roles on the show. The first, The Birdman, aka Mr. Arnold, seen above. The second was years later – I actually was the voice of Dr. Bob Richardson when the Hospital installed camera’s in the ER and OR. And now you know the rest of the story… Cheers!! You are the BEST!!!! (Although, I still loved your Agents of Shield villain most. He was so delightfully and uncomfortably smarmy.)

I had a great time in LA having been a 15 year fan of Grey’s Anatomy getting to meet so many of the actors, writers and the people that put the show out was surreal! Meeting Shonda Rhimes. To a spa day at the Waldorf, to a dinner in Malibu at Mastro’s ( I’d give it 10 stars) to staying at the Dream Hotel. Thank you Michael for such a lovely time. It made me cry a lot. I was date raped when I was 16 and I didn’t report it for years and when I did the police didn’t bring charges because there was no evidence. It really made me think about how many other women carry the same pain. 15 years of Grey’s Anatomy thank you for the memories shirt now available.
I just watched the latest episode of Grey’s Anatomy (season 15 episode 19, Silent all those years) and was wondering if others saw it too. I thought it was really powerful and managed to talk about really difficult topics (sexual assault, domestic abuse, the victims’ PTSD, society’s biais towards victims and consent) quite well. And I would like to urge my friends to watch it, regardless if they watch the show or not, but I am not sure how to do it. It left me a bit overwhelmed so I guess I am just looking to talk about it with other people to help me process the content of this episode before recommending it. What did you think of the episode? Did you think it was dealt well with those issues?
